Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime experience on Lake Como: a tour on one of our exclusive wooden boats and a traditional festival featuring an extraordinary fireworks show.
The Festival of San Giovanni (Sagra di San Giovanni) is among the most renowned and spectacular traditional events on Lake Como. It boasts a breathtaking fireworks display, music, and a solemn boat procession to Comacina Island. The area’s unique geography, with the village of Ossuccio and the surrounding mountains forming a natural amphitheatre, provides a stunning backdrop for the fireworks as hundreds of boats gather in the bay to illuminate this enchanting spectacle.
PROGRAM:
9:00 pm: Boarding and navigation, passing iconic spots of Lake Como (Villa Fontanelle in Moltrasio, Villa Pliniana in Torno, Villa Oleandra in Laglio, the “orrido” in Nesso, Villa Balbianello in Tremezzina)
10:00 pm: Arrival and stop in front of the lovely Isola Comacina
10:30 pm: Fireworks show
11:15 pm: Departure
12:00 am: Arrival at Villa d’Este
